Chat and tickets share one inbox.

A visitor types in the corner of your site. That chat is ticket #1842, sitting next to email and the contact form. Slack can land there too. Your team answers from one list.

At a glance

  • $49Starter / month

  • 15,000AI replies on Growth

The chat button on this page is a real Xupport widget. Say hello — it opens a ticket in our inbox, the same way it will on your site.

The queue

What your team sees

Open tickets, a search box, and a thread. Status, assignee, and tags sit on the ticket. There is no second list for “chat only.”

How people reach you

Chat, email, a form, or Slack. Same ticket.

The widget

A small messenger you paste before </body>. Visitors chat. You reply from the inbox.

Email and forms

People write to your inbound address or fill in the public form. You answer as you would any other ticket.

Slack

Point one Slack channel at the workspace. A message there is the same ticket, not a copy you have to paste back.

Answers

The bot uses your help articles. If it cannot, a person steps in.

Write the guides you already repeat. Turn the bot on when those guides are ready. If a question is not in the knowledge base, the bot uses your handoff line and the ticket waits for an agent. You can also leave the bot off.

How the bot works
A live-chat widget open on a site, with the same conversation in the Xupport inbox behind it.

A normal day

Work the queue, reply, then save what you learned

  1. Work the list. Search, jump with the keyboard, and filter by channel or SLA. A metrics page shows volume and first reply time for the last 7 or 30 days.
  2. Reply in the thread. Internal notes stay in the workspace. Email and form tickets can send mail back out.
  3. Keep the useful bit. Turn a finished ticket into a draft article. Publish it so the next visitor can help themselves.

Your data

Each workspace is kept apart in the database.

We use PostgreSQL row-level security, and it stays on. A request belongs to one organisation. If that binding is missing, the query returns nothing. Security details.

Questions

Common questions

What is Xupport?
A helpdesk. Your team shares one inbox. A live chat, an email, a form, and a Slack message all open the same kind of ticket: a number, a status, and a thread.
How does the AI work?
You write help articles. The bot can answer from those articles. If an article does not cover the question, it says so in your words and an agent picks up the ticket. You can leave the bot off.
What does it cost?
Starter is $49 a month (3 seats, 2,000 AI replies). Growth is $129. Scale is $399. Pay for ten months, get twelve if you choose annual.
Can I try it?
Yes. Create a workspace, paste the widget on a page, and send yourself a message. That chat is a ticket. The chat button on this site works the same way — we answer from our own inbox.
Who makes Xupport?
VectraForge. We build the product and run this site.

Create a workspace and send yourself a ticket.

Paste the snippet, write two articles, and invite whoever answers customers. Turn the bot on when you are ready.
