Terms

The service

Xupport is a helpdesk: a shared inbox, a live-chat widget, a help centre, optional email and Slack, and optional AI that uses your articles. Creating a workspace does not start a paid subscription. You pay when you complete Stripe Checkout in Billing.

Your account

You must be able to form a contract. Keep the login to yourself. You are responsible for people you invite and for content in the workspace — tickets, articles, and files. Do not upload malware or other people’s data you have no right to hold.

Acceptable use

No spam through the widget or inbound address. No probing of other organisations. No attempt to bypass row-level security, seat limits, or the AI cap. We may suspend a workspace that harms the service or other customers.

Plans and payment

Prices are on Pricing and in the app. Annual billing is ten months at the listed monthly rate. Stripe handles the charge. Failed payment can pause paid features. You can cancel in the Stripe portal; access continues until the period you already paid for ends.

AI

The bot may be wrong. It is limited to published articles, but you still review what goes to customers. We are not liable for an unedited bot reply.

Your data and ours

You keep ownership of workspace content. You grant us a licence to host it and to run the features you turn on (mail, Slack, bot). Our privacy notice is at Privacy. We may use anonymised usage counts to keep the product up.

The widget and your site

You must have a lawful basis to put the widget on a site and to take messages from visitors. You are the controller of those conversations. We are the processor for that data.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up. Staging hosts are for us and may go down. We do not promise a specific uptime percentage in this version.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent Singapore law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim is the amount you paid us for Xupport in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit (fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Law

Singapore law. The contracting party is VectraForge (UEN 53532893A), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. Courts of Singapore, unless a consumer law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel billing.
